Director - IT PMO And Agile Delivery

Responsible for creating and executing strategies and leading the specific activities of the Agile Delivery, Sourcing Integration, and the Project Management Office groups in order to evolve and enable technology delivery in ITS for the mission of ALSAC. Responsible for working across IT to continue to develop an Agile culture, mindset, and practices; to promote standard Project Management and Portfolio Management methodologies to expedite deliver consistency, sustainably and with quality. Responsible for the working with assigned sourcing partners to ensure successful day to day delivery for ITS.

• Understanding of application development, database, and system integration principles; obtained through degree and/or experience in Information Technology areas.
• Experience in the management of PMI/Project and Agile and/or Agile PMO Concepts.
• Must demonstrate sustained high performance and strategic thinking with leadership skills and ability to work well individually and within a team environment; delegating and sharing decision-making with teammates as appropriate.
• Proven ability to lead people and projects; manage multiple enterprise projects simultaneously and communicates with stakeholders through verbal, written and face-to-face communication; technology/business process analysis using 6-Sigma, Lean, or other Agile methodologies.
• Must have a deep understanding of project management and agile theory, methodologies, culture, and processes; knowledge of Agile Engineering and development including Continuous Integration and Delivery practices.
