Director, Education And Training Programs

We are looking for a Director of Education and Training Programs to lead the Education Program for Securiti.

As our Training Director, you will have a responsibility for the enablement of customer users, partners and employees by identifying training needs based on skills gap analysis, developing group and individual learning courses and managing the training budget. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the overall education and certification program that trains and nurtures a community of experts and evangelists, as well as develops an ecosystem of training partners for a global reach.

• Plan and deliver on the broader agenda of establishing brand value for Securiti.ai via thought leadership educational content.

• Use skills gap analysis to identify training needs for different target users amongst customers, partners and employees.

• Enable multiple channels and modalities for training and e-learning, including online self-service training, remote and in-person instructor-led classes, MooCs, and gamified training experiences.

• Drive a P&L business plan for education services, including forecasting budgets and financial plans.

• Establish a streamlined process for ongoing maturation of curriculum development and delivery, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Support, Engineering and Partner Alliances.

• Hire and build-out a talented training organization, including a team of instructors and curriculum developers.

• Define and deploy key metrics for profitability, schedule optimization, quality and customer success. Implement continuous improvement processes based on course evaluations.

• Implement formal badging and certification programs, including refreshers for prior training certificates.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field with 10+ years of work experience as a Training Director, Training Manager or a similar role.

• In-depth understanding of e-learning technologies, virtual classroom training, on-line course offerings and hosted training solutions.

• Hands-on experience with people management, project management and budgeting. Demonstrated success with hiring and developing training organizations.

• Proficiency in one or more Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Executive presence with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track-record of collaborative success with customers, vendors, staff and internal business partners.

• Understanding of data security and privacy, including corresponding regulations, is a strong plus.

• Prior experience in product management and/or product development is highly desirable.

• Up to 30% travel (domestic and international).
