Our Dispute Advisory Services (DAS) practice assists early stage to Fortune 500 companies, and plaintiffs' and defendants' counsel with complex issues in dispute and non-dispute related assignments involving the Energy and Chemicals industry:

About the Role

- Litigation Support/ Dispute Resolution
- Intellectual Property
- International Arbitration
- Business Due Diligence
- Business Consulting and Strategic Planning
- Valuation and Restructuring,
What You'll Do
- Projects involve an analysis of market dynamics, feedstock and supply chain and competitive landscape over the broader petroleum and chemicals industry.
- Analyze supply/demand pricing, provide due diligence support, strategy, acquisition support and litigation support, for the petroleum and chemical industry.
- Supervise and perform day-to-day activities in support of forensic and litigation consulting projects including document review, data mining and damages analysis, interaction with clients, other team members, and professionals from other firms involved in the engagement
- Prepare written presentations, exhibits, and expert reports on the project scope and/or results of activities
- Apply technical and commercial experience, economic, financial, valuation and analytical skills to various client situations
How You'll Grow
This is an excellent opportunity for a person with proven, hands-on litigation support and/or forensic investigation experience to join a growing, dynamic team and work on a variety of projects in the process industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the petroleum and/or chemical industry
- Ability to develop small to midsize project proposals, and assist in developing of larger ones
- Background in consulting and/or litigation support preferred but not required.
- This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices
