ABOUT THE TEAM

The Digital Marketing Director, Factory will oversee the E-commerce business and the Digital Marketing strategy and execution across all channels for the Outlet division. Working within a dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative group, this person will be driven by ROI, to deliver traffic, revenue, and new customers to J Crew Factory. Working closely with external agencies and cross functional team members, s/he will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of digital marketing channels, inclusive of Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, Affiliate, SEO and Retargeting programs.


THINK YOU WOULD ENJOY DOING THIS?

  • Drive customer traffic, conversion and ROI for all digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, Affiliate, SEO and Retargeting programs

  • Oversee multiple external Agency relationships for digital channels; build partnership, monitor performance and seek improvement opportunities

  • Manage marketing budgeting, and forecasting process, as well as monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting for traffic, revenue, spend, ROI and other performance KPIs.

  • Plan, develop and execute new customer acquisition programs targeted to the Outlet, value-driven customer

  • Strengthen email program; drive email capture and acquisition in-store and online

  • Partner with internal teams to acquire new customers to J.Crew Factory Loyalty program; develop holistic marketing plan and incentives.

  • Serve as subject matter expert on CRM platform; test and learn in to new customer segmentation strategies

  • Manage promotional calendar and lead strategic promotional programs. Run analysis and recommendations

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • Minimum 9+ years of experience within e-commerce and digital marketing for a retail brand environment with expertise in digital, affiliate programs and paid search.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 4-5 directly managing marketing teams and agencies

  • Proven track record of successful campaign launches and executions

  • Expert working with marketing tools such as CRM platforms, Omniture, Salesforce etc.

  • Ability to apply analysis to influence business decisions to drive performance

  • Highly collaborative and the ability to work as part of a team

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to operate on both strategic and tactical levels, translating vision to execution.
