Director Client Services

The Director of Client Services provides strategic direction, leadership and coordination of the professional and student employees in the Client Services Department of Information Technology Services. Specific responsibilities include: the performance management, planning, scheduling, and coordinating for the professional staff; providing campus wide communications on behalf of ITS regarding technical information; providing oversight of the campus ITS helpdesk, ITS training, customer service initiatives, library commons services, student support services and student printing services; planning & directing activities as it relates to revenue generating services such as computer repair, cellular phone service and repair; budget planning for the department; and assisting with ITS project management and organizational change. This position reports directly to the CIO and serves on the ITS Executive Leadership Team.Â
