We are currently seeking a Director, Atomation Soluions-RPA, AI to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).
Director, Intelligent Automation Solutions Sales:
Overall, this person is part of our Financial Services Consulting practice selling a combination of solutions that might include RPA, AI, Bots and AI operations inclduing professional services and intellectual property to Financial Services and Insurance clients (FSI). We desire someone with proven sales experience with related services to the FSI market.
Our Intelligent Automation Solution Sales Executive will have a high-visibility and high-impact role as sales lead for the BFSI go to market selling team. This individual will be expected to drive results by leading market and client acceptance for Intelligent Automation Solutions to include: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Bots, and Artificial Intelligence Operations that are a critical part of the NTT Data Financial Services & Insurance strategy. They will lead the way by creating and developing sales opportunities and leading the solution support team to close deals and pursuits in specific I.T. and Consulting swim lanes or specialized service offerings. They will establish a business partner relationship within many of NTT Data’s current customer accounts and new logos to demonstrate NTT Data Services’ ability to deliver value and outcome-based solutions across their enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Focused within a specific subset of NTT Data’s current client accounts and targeted new logo accounts to drive new revenue and profits by achieving Total Contract Value (TCV), In- Year Revenue and Gross Margin targets for a specific industry solution set
- Work in tightly coupled collaboration with the account Client Executive who owns the account P&L and overall client strategy and satisfaction scores for NTT Data to create and drive specific sales opportunities within assigned offering solution set
- In new logo target accounts the Sales Executive will respond to RFP’s only where significant relationships can be leveraged or by collaborating with outside entities that sell in the same ecosystem
- Leverage the NTT Data marketing team with focused and targeted campaigns and lead generation activities to create demand for specific offering solution set within new logos and specific target current accounts
- Employ an “offerings” focus with a broad approach to leverage all NTT Data assets and capabilities to sell unique outcome-based solutions for our clients
- Anticipate how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of NTT Data Services and partner with our clients to create unique and value-based relationships with clients
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience selling information technology, intellectual property and consulting related services to both the Business and IT organizations in Banking and Financial Services
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling Automation Solutions to include a combination of RPA, AI, Bots, and AI Operations including professional services and intellectual property in a quota measured role
- Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree
