Residential Rehab schedules require some evening shifts (i.e. 3p-11p, or Awake Overnight) AND either Saturday or Sunday as part of a set & consistent weekly schedule.

Day Program may also be available.

Join our team and be a part of the exciting residential services we provide to individuals who require personal/total care supports.

Residential Rehab offers a variety of full-time and part-time shifts, but candidates must be able to work evenings and at least one weekend shift as part of the Residential Program. Day Program is Monday-Friday.

Successful candidates will

· have positively-referenced relevant work experience.

· have a valid full driver's license and safe driving record. Driver's license cannot be provisional status.

· possess or have use of a four passenger car to assist with client transportation.

· be covered under an active auto insurance policy (must provide proof at time of hire)

· be able to clear state and federal background checks and 12-panel drug screen.

· be able to lift 50 pounds.

· be available to work evenings and at least one weekend shift for Residential Rehab.
