Direct Support Professional

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our IDD division in Sewickley, PA.
Qualified entry level candidates are eligible for up to $15/hour if the Enhanced Pay Program is selected and/or the Shift Differential is applicable for the hours worked.

As an DSP, you will work with our individuals in the enhancement of their abilities and interests. Services are aimed at partnering with individuals as they become self-sufficient and live everyday lives. Merakey focuses on helping individuals find meaningful roles in their community and to feel valued as community members. Individuals are always at the core of the planning and implementation of services.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A verifiable high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A current and valid driver's license is required for community-based homes.
• Related experience is helpful.
