The Direct Support Professional’s (or as we like to refer to them, Delight Specialists!) role is to ensure that the daily needs of each client are met through teaching, counseling, advising, and providing a positive role model in a manner which enables the greatest degree of independence possible in their activities of daily living. As a condition of employment at Cardinal of Minnesota, staff are required to be fully vaccinated.
