Qualifications for the DCW / Direct Care Worker

• Current, Child Abuse Clearances

• Current, FBI fingerprints

• Current CPR & First Aid certification, based on state requirements

• Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements

• Copy of updated 1 Step TB results/ Chest x-ray

• Reliable transportation
