Job Description Summary: The Digital Training Learning Management Administrator is part of the Global Revenue Operations and Enablement Training team. We are looking for a professional Learning Management Specialist to design, develop, implement, deliver, and maintain resources used for learning and practicing experiences. You will be one of the system administrators, working with a diverse set of learners across the revenue-generating organization uploading appropriate eLearning content including self-paced courseware, training, certifications, videos, etc. as well as providing reporting to all levels of management. As part of a global team, you will need to be able to think strategically about how to create courses by role and region with a strong emphasis on executional excellence.
Job Description:
In this role you will:
- Support operations in learning management systems, including account provisioning and access, and user permissions
- Support team members who have software-related questions or issues in the learning management system
- Regularly compile, review, and process course enrollment data for management
- Maintain professional working relationships with multiple clients and vendors
- Analyze support case data to identify and prioritize root problems
- Configure the systems to support online, hybrid, and blended instruction
- Develop policies, procedures, standards, and best practices related to support and administration of the learning management systems
- Partner with global Subject Matter Experts to identify goals, audience, and objectives
- Promote collaboration, partnership and relationships among the participants and stakeholders in a design project
- Work with other administrators and quality functions to implement strategies around best practices
- Organize course materials in a learning hierarchy enabling objectives. Maintain project documentation and course folders
- Research and recommend ways to improve, simplify and automate administration of the learning managements systems
- Expect to challenge and to be challenged, to create, and to innovate
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or relevant fields of study
- Proven work experience in instructional design technology supporting sales enablement in high tech companies
- 5+ years’ experience in learning management system administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter that can manage their timelines and deliverables
- Comfortable in fast-paced, changeable environment
- Proven aptitude for supporting instructional content for sales, product, strategy, and operations audiences
- Ability to connect the dots in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Experience with MindTickle or SFDC Trailhead learning management systems, preferred
- Proven project management experience
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Solid decision-making skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Expertise in customer service
- Skilled at communicating technical information in terms understandable to non-technical end-users
- Experienced at training others to use specialized software
