Bridgestone Americas and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Digital Talent Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of our digital talent resources to impact company awareness and increase volume of quality applicants across the organization. This individual executes our talent strategy through digital recruitment campaigns and strategic job posting campaigns. This role defines intended outcomes and outlines performance metrics to measure success across all recruitment channels and resources. Additionally, this individual collaborates with the broader Talent team, Marketing team, and Internal Communications team to build a consistent employer brand message through our digital recruitment efforts.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partners with the Talent Insights, Internal Communication and Marketing teams to align on strategic vision and business goals, gather content, and incorporate overall brand messaging into job posting process, social media efforts, and targeted recruitment and branding campaigns.
  • Collaborates with full Talent team to gain insights incorporated into posting strategies
  • Works closely with external vendors to guide and strategically place job postings, ensure budget is allocated properly, and measure performance appropriately in recruitment campaigns
  • Proactively searches for opportunities to increase visibility of our employment brand and career opportunities
  • Builds strong partnerships within the talent team and cross-functional teams through on-going education on business trends, client group needs and unique hiring challengesÂ
  • Collects and analyzes data on established and prospective job boards, recruitment vendors, and recruitment marketing technology
  • Monitors allocated budget utilized for job search engines, job boards, and social sites and makes recommendations for allocating to most productive channels
  • Responsible for helping define and report on digital recruitment and talent metrics including job placement metrics and channel effectiveness; adjusting recruitment strategy and efforts as needed
  • Leverages data to build campaigns that resonate with key audiences, elevate visibility for critical skill pools, and tracks activity through the applicant process
  • Collaborates with the digital marketing team to build and deliver impactful social media campaigns and content strategy including but not limited to paid social advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital content creation.
  • Partners across the enterprise with Corporate, Manufacturing, Retail, and Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies for each unique business and audience.
  • Partner with talent team to understand key hiring priorities, external and internal factors impacting recruitment and utilize to provide recommendations for development of digital recruitment campaigns
  • Monitors evolving digital media trends, applicant behavior and researches new channels, tools and technologies as they emerge
QUALIFICATIONSTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent work experienceEMPLOYEE TYPERegular : Full time
