Job Description

Push10 is currently looking for a tech-savvy Digital Project Manager who’s comfortable wearing many hats, juggling multiple projects and who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

The Digital Project Manager will have 2-3 years of relevant agency experience and be primarily responsible for managing website design & development projects from inception through completion. The Ideal Digital Project Manager will:

  • Have an expert understanding of the overall web design process
  • Guide clients (and our team) through all project phases including planning, strategy, scoping, content, design, development, testing, launch, and maintenance.
  • Interface directly with clients on a regular basis
  • Create and adhere to detailed project schedules, as well as meet tight deadlines
  • Provide regular updates and reports for clients and internal executive team to ensure projects remain on-schedule and within budget
  • Work closely with our strategists to proactively spot areas for improvement, resulting in new business opportunities
  • Strive to continually improve project processes
  • Be familiar with the backend of WordPress and able to assist with content population if needed
  • Have an eye for good design and be able to work with designers to guide clients towards ideal creative solutions
  • Perform testing & QA to ensure all deliverables meet the project requirements and are free of errors
  • Participate in revenue and resource forecasting

The Ideal Candidate Will Also:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have a good knowledge of the latest trends in the tech industry
  • Work well within a team environment
  • Demonstrate an understanding of basic SEO principles
  • Be familiar with content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement
  • Be able to multi-task, prioritize activities, and do great work on tight deadlines
  • Be considerate of budgets, timelines, and deadlines
  • Keep an open mind when listening to feedback

Basic Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of digital project management, preferably at a Digital Agency
  • Be completely at home on a Mac and proficient with MS Office, as well as a variety of tools and apps (Slack, Asana, Team Gantt, Dropbox, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and creative skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or public relations

Important Application Details:
Push10 is located in Old City, Philadelphia and will be moving to a hybrid working model in mid-2021. However, due to current COVID-19 restrictions, our team is working remotely. Therefore, we are considering candidates outside the Philadelphia area. We are not offering finder fees or relocation reimbursement. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation:
Compensation to be discussed and determined based on relevant experience.
