A bit about us: Squeeze was designed to modernize the massage experience. Our revolutionary app-based booking and payment platform simplifies the process, making scheduling, paying, tipping, and rating easy, breezy, Squeezy. Similar to Postmates and Uber, after a Squeeze Massage, instead of dealing with a clunky, stressful checkout process, our guests simply float out with the ability to tip and rate their therapist at their leisure post massage.
Personalized services allow guests to select massage preferences as well as control in-room settings from lighting to temperature to sound, all in a beautifully designed space. It’s a completely fresh approach to a way better massage experience.
Additionally, we’ve partnered with an equally-minded “feel-good” nonprofit: Canine Companions for Independence. Canine Companions improves the lives of people with disabilities by providing highly trained assistance dogs at no charge to the recipient. Here’s how we’re partnering with them:
- For every membership sold, Squeeze is helping to provide a day of canine support to a person with a disability through Canine Companions for Independence.
- Local events throughout the year where Squeeze employees will have the opportunity to participate and volunteer.
- And… Puppy Time! Periodically throughout the year, Canine Companions will bring puppies to our shop to brighten our spirit and day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT SQUEEZE
- Develop and execute on a product roadmap that solves guest problems and has a positive impact on the business
- Work closely with key internal partners, including engineering, design, finance, marketing, and operations, to guide prioritization and ensure that product development is focused, impactful, and iterative
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Integrate user research, market research, and data analysis into the product development process to create experiences our guests and team members love
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the product development process and culture
- Serve as internal point-of-contact for all things related to the technology platform & assist internal partners in better understanding online processes and how they extend to the offline experience
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of hands-on product management experience
- Proven success partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders to create focus and deliver complex systems and products in an ever-evolving environment
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to create, and maintain, focus on key outcomes
- The ability to provide actionable and insightful feedback to the rest of the team to improve the Squeeze experience as a whole
- A passion for health & wellness
- Experience with Tableau preferred
- Experience working for a franchise system preferred
