Job Summary

We are seeking entrepreneurial and creative individuals to help build an in-house advertising and communications function for our Xfinity products and services. The in-house agency will be primarily based in New York City. This group will produce creative content for all channels including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, print as well as extensive video production for various on-line and in-house needs. As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for management of the process and workflow across multiple projects - including project planning and schedule development, facilitating meetings and reviews, client interaction, and ensuring that all projects remain on track.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Produce all things digital: websites, mobile, banners, emails, social, etc.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and produce digital and mobile strategic direction.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating site deliverables.
  • Clearly communicate timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations with team members and stakeholders.
  • Document and communicate project status to teams on a regular basis to ensure all teams are aware of next steps and project milestones.
  • Identify and communicate all project risks.
  • Manage feedback and revision process to ensure quality of final delivery.
  • Maximize team efficiency and quality through innovative solutions and creative application of resources.
  • Manage SEO/SEM/Paid Search.
  • Measure and monitor performance.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent education level.
  • Generally requires 8 - 11 years of relevant experience.
  • 5 - 7 years working at a digital agency.
  • Competence in leading and managing various projects, including interactive web, email, and social programs.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to identify, manage, and help mitigate project issues and risks.
  • Experience with content management systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, highly organized and ability to multitask effectively.
