Cordova, TN

Encompassing several large verticals, we leverage our internally owned digital properties and technology to garner interested consumers for our customers. Our marketing outreach spans across multiple verticals, including: healthcare, insurance, financial products and consumer products.

We are looking for a Media Buyer to negotiate and buy advertising inventory for Crisp’s portfolio of owned and operated brands. You will ensure that ads reach target audiences through high-quality channels at the lowest possible prices. In this role, you should be an effective negotiator, critical thinker and able to establish trust and build rapport with clients and media professionals.

Media Buyer Responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage profitable online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels & platforms.

• Work directly with online publishers and affiliates to find scalable advertising opportunities

• Create out of the box ideas for new campaign strategies and ad creatives.

• Constantly optimize & test existing campaigns to improve performance.

• Analyze campaign KPI’s and take immediate actions required to maintain required volume, revenue, and ROI objectives.

• Collaborate across multiple teams including analytics, development, design, & more.

• Play a major role in the ad operations process

Responsibilities:

• Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns

• Compare and negotiate rates, ad space and airtime

• Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix

• Prepare schedules and adjust when needed

• Experiment with new platforms and channels

• Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately

• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)

• Report to clients and build long-term relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media preferred

• Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research

• Interest in following advertising and media trends

• Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail
