Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, digital savvy, professional to play a key role with ad operations. You’ll be critical to the day-to-day operations of the account services team. The ideal future team member will be highly interested in and comfortable with technology, pride themselves on attention to detail (MOST IMPORTANT), possess excellent communication skills, can multitask and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment. You will handle all new business campaign set up from start to finish and provide any administrative, technical support to the necessary departments. An upbeat, positive, can-do attitude is a plus.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage all new campaigns and work closely with advertisers
  • Setup tracking for campaigns, including troubleshooting and Q&A
  • In charge of quality control with campaigns before launch
  • Ensure all requests are processed according to the specification of each internal department
  • Communicate with internal teams to showcase results and drive future improvements
  • Gather and keep track of all campaign specs
  • Monitor campaigns status and growth while providing updates to internal and external parties

Required Qualifications

  • Must be local to Greater Los Angeles/Orange County area
  • Experience in task-oriented positions requiring organization and STRONG attention to detail
  • Communication proficiency
  • Experience with Microsoft office with advanced command of Excel
  • Organization skills
  • Effective time management skills with an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and provide timely responses.
  • Have a customer/client focus
  • Enjoy a task-driven work structure and detailed project requirements
  • Able to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
  • Understanding click and impression tags, macros, tracking pixels and script functions.

Other Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business and or a related field. In some cases, a high school diploma or GED with experience (2+ years) in a marketing role is acceptable.
