This role, Digitial Marketing Support Specialist, primarily supports Sales and Marketing via digital marketing efforts, including website content management, email campaign execution, list management, social media contributions, research library maintenance, and CRM administration. We are seeking a professional with intermediate to expert-level knowledge of HubSpot.
Specific duties include:
- Build and distribute landing pages, blogs, and emails through the use of our marketing automation software (HubSpot)
- Upload new marketing leads to Hubspot and supports Sales Team in list creation/management
- Manage several projects/campaigns simultaneously
- Optimization of email marketing campaigns including A/B testing
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement of email marketing
- Create and post compelling social media content related to campaigns, blogs, events, news, and company information, etc.
- Organize and upload research content to member library (utilizing Sitefinity)
- Support Marketing in creating Linkedin lists and advertising campaigns
- Support Google Ads campaign creation, execution, and metrics
- Manage digital content updates to the company website
- Track and provide reporting on key marketing KPIs related to digital content, including Google Analytics, Hubspot Analytics, and social media analytics
- Support other digital marketing efforts as needed
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the company’s overall strategy, branding, and marketing/sales goals
- Develop Workflows to automate MQL and SQL processes
Required:
- A minimum of two years of daily experience with Hubspot, including landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and list management
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles
- A minimum of two years’ experience with social media and email marketing
- Basic website content management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Powerpoint
Preferred:
- Marketing degree
- Solid writing and editing skills
- Adobe Creative Suite experience, including Photoshop and Illustrator
