We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Parts Super Center team in Indianapolis, IN!


Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist develops and implements digital and online marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness, improve client satisfaction, and drive lead generation to support PSC’s marketing goals. Executes online and digital marketing programs & strategies, such as website tactics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, CRM/customer journey, and PPC advertising to drive traffic and generate sales.


This position requires a high degree of collaboration with various internal departments and works closely with external web providers and internal for content to build and execute high-performing digital and online marketing strategies. Position includes full management of the Partssupercenter.com website and email marketing program, and includes all related analysis & reporting against industry benchmarks and key performance indicators.


Familiarity with the following required: email marketing, search engine marketing, social media, pay-per-click campaign management, marketing strategy, content management systems, Google Analytics, GoogleAds, marketing systems including email marketing, CRM platforms (i.e. Zoho CRM), and electronic advertising systems.


Requirements:

  • Experience with all relevant digital/online platforms, systems, and technologies
  • Experience planning/executing targeted email marketing programs
  • Web design/development experience, including SEO/SEM
  • At ease working with technical resources and web technologies
  • Working knowledge of core marketing principles and budget planning/reconciliation
  • Ability to navigate both the creative and analytical sides of marketing with ease
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with vendors and colleagues
  • Able to obtain and analyze metrics and segment and report them in a logical fashion
  • Strong written and verbal skills; ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office (independent use)
  • Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects, troubleshoot, and/or meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (Ads, Analytics, Data Studio, Search Console)
  • Knowledge of GDPR compliance guidelines
  • Content management system (CMS) experience (experience with Sitefinity is beneficial, but not required)
  • Technical SEO knowledge
  • Basic HTML Knowledge


Qualifications:

  • BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • GoogleAds, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager experience
  • Email marketing experience
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing execution
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong proficiency in lead generation and customer engagement through digital marketing, including analytics, campaign planning, content development, and user experience design
  • Proficiency in a variety of marketing technology platforms
  • Basic HTML
  • Adobe Creative Suite or related design ability
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend, develop and implement approved digital & online marketing strategies that drive brand preference, generate traffic and result in product adoption
  • Monitor the latest technology and digital marketing trends and serve as a subject matter expert for digital marketing activities, identifying and applying best practices in digital marketing
  • Manage the partssupercenter.com website, executing all approved strategies and tactics, including managing and updating content, maintaining and improving client experience, answering consultative questions, ensuring proper functioning, and working with site vendors to ensure accuracy, compatibility, uptime, and functionality; includes all regulatory adherence and reporting
  • Drive optimization of partssupercenter.com through effective assignment and application of keyword and SEO/SEM strategies with site vendor(s); utilize search engine analytics to measure traffic and recommend improvements
  • Benchmark and measure all digital and online performance against industry and company averages and make recommendations based on performance
  • Consult and collaborate with lines of business to identify and solve business goals through development or enhancement of digital and online strategies; provide compliant solutions that protect and promote the business and its brand reputation online


Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage third party vendor relationships to successfully accomplish all objectives
  • Obtain estimates and track and monitor all project costs within approved budgets
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates on all digital and online media assets
  • Maintain and provide all required compliance logs or tracking
  • Ensure that all digital and online media platforms are compliant and in proper working order, working with Compliance, Audit and IT; provide any required reports or communication
  • Study top digital/online media performers to recommend and develop best practice strategies
