The Digital Marketing Specialist's primary responsibilities include:

• Managing and troubleshooting our sales technology platforms;
• CRM and tech automation;
• Content/copy;
• Social Media platforms;
• Expanding our network and increasing our revenue through the acquisition and expansion of new partnerships within one of the best markets in the USA today.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, automation, ROI, KPIs, workflow/journey
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Photoshop, Illustrator, MailChimp or similar marketing automation platform and WordPress, and all social media platforms
• Excellent command of English with copy accuracy
• Driven & ambitious
• Sound understanding of marketing principles and correlation to ROI

Skills: In addition to the requirements listed above, the following skills or experience is needed to successfully perform the job.

• Ability to setup, track, and analyze marketing campaigns and online activities
• Attending company networking/recruiting events (during business hours)
• Skilled at writing articles and promotional materials
• Assisting with contracting new agents/agencies by cold-calling
• Proven strong administration and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities
• Ability to establish and cultivate various social media and website venues
• Strong creative vision
• Strong project management skills

Pay: $62,400.00 - $72,000.00 per year
