We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Director who has a passion for both Technology and building a strong Marketing Department.
SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Director will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to meet key business sales objectives of quality web sales leads by performing the following duties personally or in collaboration with other team members or other companies. The Director will also be responsible for managing and building up a small, yet strong marketing team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directs Teguar’s Marketing department with a strong focus on Digital Marketing.
- Develops and implements strategies for digital marketing programs, including SEO/SEM and PPC metrics and social engagement.
- Responsible for PPC performance to achieve top lead/cost conversations.
- Develops and implements strategies for our new E-Commerce website.
- Drives traffic to teguar.com and affiliate websites. Oversees the US digital marketing program including email, paid search, social and digital re-targeting programs. Builds plans, manages vendor relationships, implements campaigns, and measures performance.
- Manages brand advertising that promotes awareness and engagement with target consumers. Builds plans in alignment with brand marketing strategies, implements campaigns, and reports performance.
- Works closely with Product Management and Sales to prepare creative briefs for all digital product marketing needs.
- Develops and maintains KPI dashboards and/or regular reports to keep teams and Executives informed on the return of ad spend, overall marketing performance and to help inform the balance of spend per channel and success metrics.
- Collaborates with writers to create high quality, engaging, internet advertising and marketing content.
- Collaborates with international partners in European key market. Ensures timely and effective execution of domestic digital marketing tactics and programs which can also be regionalized and implemented internationally.
- Drives development of the annual digital marketing budget; production, media, paid search, and other expenditures to comply with organizational financial objectives.
- Manages department expenses, ensuring all invoices are provided to Accounting, signed off and paid on time, communicate spend pacing and accrual needs.
- Establishes and coordinates reporting on all efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent; or 6+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Supervisory Experience; must have experience managing and building a successful team.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, SEO, Content Creation, Website Conversion Optimization and A/B Testing, and Video Marketing
- Highly organized and able to manage many different concurrent priorities and projects
- Proven track record of digital marketing success including testimonials from previous clients and/or employers
- Experience with E-commerce implementation and management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative and innovative spirit with a strong desire and motivation to continually learn and improve
- Web design and WordPress/Big Commerce development skills desired
