Digital Marketing Coordinator

Description:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the Company’s omnichannel marketing initiatives across a variety of digital marketing mediums. The core responsibilities include coordination and organization of day-to-day marketing activities in alignment with the Company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate must have proven planning and marketing skills along with strong analytical skills. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and thrive in team settings. Must be creative with experience delivering digital marketing campaigns within a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate promotional activities for B&M and digital channels
• Maintain day-to-day workflows in accordance with marketing deadlines
• Maintain the marketing calendar and work in tandem with Design and Purchasing Teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns
• Manage and maintain vendor assets, or other materials, to support marketing activities
• Support B&M special events marketing and scheduling
• Utilize a variety of 3rd Party software platforms to successfully execute digital marketing actions, specific experience with Box, Basecamp, Trello and Slack is a plus
• Position reports directly to E-Commerce Marketing Manager

Desired skills and experience:

• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator or similar role, golf knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns and associated workflows
• Strong computer skills and experience, including MS Office, Adobe, content management software and data analytics software
• Strong sense of ownership and a self-starter approach, with experience identifying and driving projects to completion.
• BS/BA required in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk to hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands arms. The employee is regularly required to type or lift boxes up to 20lbs.
