Summary
The Digital Marketing Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients that are mostly in the healthcare industry. Account Managers liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital marketing solutions.
Our ideal candidate will be familiar with a variety of digital marketing concepts, practices and procedures. Additionally, we will rely on extensive experience to plan and accomplish client and company goals. The candidate will need a sense of urgency, superior time management skills, be highly organized and efficient.
Essential Duties:
- Build long-term relationships with clients - this is primarily a client facing role
- Investigate and determine clients' wants and needs
- Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
- Optimize web content in order to improve SEO
- Present and train on social media strategies to clients
- Analyze effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
- Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
- Prepare and present reports on their progress
- Keep up-to-date on trends within the industry applying in their day-to-day activities
- Responsible for regular communication with internal and external teams
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
- Ability to Multitask
- Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of Account / Client Management Experience
- 2+ years experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Working knowledge of WordPress and HTML
- Experience with GSuite Products (Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Docs/Sheets)
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related education preferred
- Experience with photo editing preferred (Photoshop, Pixelmator, Canva, PicMonkey)
- Project Management Experience (Preferred, Not Required)
Travel Requirement
- May require occasional local or national travel (less than 5% of the time)
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer (90% at desk, 10% of time walking)
- Will work in office environment using typical office equipment (computers, keyboards, printer, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
