Job Description
Are you looking for a challenging yet rewarding position in cyber and security technologies? Are you an experienced Forensics Trainer?

BAE is seeking a motivated and positive Forensic Trainer with the ability to track CFL examiner training, and who has testimony experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure all proficiency exams are passed, and designs programs to train examiners in digital forensic concepts, tools, methods and techniques.
  • Formulate teaching outlines and determine instructional methods such as instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.
  • Responsible for the management and evaluation of the customer’s mentoring program, and following SLAs.
  • Responsible for providing guidance and recommendations for continual improvement and enhancement of technical expertise.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • This position requires the successful candidate to have an active Secret clearance. The criteria for obtaining and holding a clearance are driven by US government requirements.
  • Requires 2+ years of digital forensics experience with a Bachelor’s, or 0+ years of experience with a Masters, or 8+ years of experience with no degree.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • One or more from the following certifications is required:
    • Digital Media Collector (DMC)
    • Digital Forensic Examiner (DFE)
    • Cyber Crime Investigator (CCI)
    • International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS) certifications:
      • Certified Computer Examiner (CCE)
      • Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE)
      • GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE)
