Digital Content Creator

As Digital Content Creator within the Epiroc Customer Experience Solutions organization it is your overall mission to ensure that products and services related to customer facing digital solutions are delivered as intended and that users using the solutions gets the most value out of it. You will support the different delivery teams within the portfolio in creating digital content such as copy, correct terminology for the intended crowd, visual content and ensuring that content delivery is provided with the correct tone of voice. You will have solid knowledge on the customer needs and stay informed of what our customers expect from us and ensure collaboration and engagement with other stakeholders within Epiroc.

Job description

• Be responsible for creating and verifying content such as copy and visuals that are used in various digital services provided to our customers, such as (but not limited to) “My Epiroc” and content shared in our e-commerce solutions.
• Be part of various delivery teams to ensure that copy created in our digital solutions are in line with the quality expected by actively attending in sprints, in testing, in feedback sessions with customers and alike.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends to have a solid understanding on how to maximize the value in your role to provide the best experience possible for our customers.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business readiness testing, design reviews and ensure product outcome is in par with what customer expectations are at all times, with a high focus on experience outcome.
• Work in close collaboration with other Ignite teams to ensure alignment and sharing of best practices.
• Be responsible for ensuring that content within our digital solutions gets translated to local languages as required in accordance with plans.

Location

This position is based out of Garland, Texas. Travelling will be required in this position.

As a person, you have a strong personal drive for testing, learning, exploring and finding better ways. You´re well organized with a good structure and ability to work independent as well as in teams. You also have strong oral/written communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical peers and management staff.

Requirements

• University degree in relevant field or similar through experience.
• Strong command in English.
• Knowing additional languages is a bonus in this role.
• Strong knowledge of writing, content creation, copywriting and proofreading.
• Knowledge and experience from working in agile teams is a bonus.
• Knowledge about copy and terminology used in our industry is a bonus.
• Knowledge of visual design and competence in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and similar is a bonus.
• Strong personal drive for testing, learning, exploring and finding better ways.
• Well organized with a good structure and ability to work independent as well as in teams.
