Job Description
  • Bachelor or Master degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing. Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services preferred.
  • Strong content creation, editing and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in product marketing management, and digital marketing.

As the Digital Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for driving marketing program design and execution, owning message adaptation and successful deployment of awareness, adoption, engagement, and customer advocacy campaigns. You will work closely with product experts, field teams, and other global and regional stakeholders to deliver high quality execution and compelling customer experiences that drive awareness and adoption. The right candidate will feel comfortable creating and adapting content to drive multi-channel campaigns, using data to drive marketing strategy, and creating and executing on complex marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Work with product managers and other subject matter experts to create content for marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, adoption, and customer advocacy
  • Plan, develop, and execute time-bound and evergreen digital marketing campaigns and nurture programs, targeting priority customer segments and personas
  • Initiate marketing programs by collecting and analyzing feedback from internal stakeholders (e.g. product, field) and customers
  • Monitor and track program results using analytical and reporting capabilities to measure the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Expertise across all elements of digital marketing: e.g. email, web page, social, including integrated multi-channel strategic planning and execution, experimenting, reporting and measurement
  • Experience in digital acquisition and growth marketing
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments and campaign effectiveness
  • Experience marketing cloud service products, ideally financial reporting and operation management products
  • Career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable marketing results.
  • Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
