Digital Business Analyst (SiteCore)

Description:Digital Business Analyst to deliver services while adhering to internal Agile guidelines. The Digital BA will work to deliver web solutions across pharmaceutical medical areas and will hold broad strategic and operational responsibilities in the following:

• Managing requirements gathering, workshops, user stories
• Manage interaction between business stakeholders and the technical team
• Responsible for ensuring the build matches the design

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required
• A minimum of 7 years of digital experience is required
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry managing a high volume of digital projects is preferred
• Experience using agile methodologies & tools to deliver products and solutions
• Experience with Drupal, Sitecore, Jamstack, Jira, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and operate with integrity & professionalism in a complex, rapidly changing, sometimes ambiguous environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and service orientation are all requirements for this position
• Strong organizational skill, proactive planning and ability to anticipate stakeholder needs is important for this role.
