GENERAL SUMMARY: Digital Artist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Artist to retouch photography at our in-house digital studio. You will be a part of a fast paced and high-volume Advertising Production team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for supporting our Ecommerce businesses by ensuring that all product photos are accurate and web ready while meeting production deadlines in addition to expanding support for editorial and other cross functional partnerships. This position calls for extreme flexibility and creative problem solving, in an ever-changing environment.

Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Retouching of high-volume product and on-figure ecommerce photography
• Ensure quality control over imagery including color and technical specifications
  • Match color back to product samples ensuring color consistency
• Retouch/edit high-volume vendor imagery
• Accurately and promptly deliver quality final retouched assets
• Actively partner with studio team and Marketing systems to review and improve workflow processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with portfolio

• 3-5 years of photo retouching experience

• Experience with product imagery and digital asset workflows

• Highly proficient in all aspects of digital image quality. File size, light, color balancing

• Expert proficiency with Photoshop

• Desire to stay on top of industry trends including new techniques and tools to continuously push quality forward

• Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously

• Proven ability to work efficiently and produce a high-volume of retouched images

• Able to work independently and within a team

• Proactive and a self-starter

• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills in fast pace environment are a must

• Excellent time management skills

• Produces work that is efficient, accurate and detail oriented

• Demonstrate strong teamwork skills through collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Positive enthusiastic attitude

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands:

• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week from the Company’s Fremont, California corporate office with flexibility based on project needs
