RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair of suspension, driveline, steering components, brake system
• Install injectors, pistons, liners, camshafts, cylinder heads, rod and main bearings, oil pans, clutches, fan hubs, differentials, fifth wheels, and brakes, change or recharge batteries.
• Document all work performed and recommended repair orders
• Conduct road test to ensure vehicle as needed
• Adherence to all company and industry safety standards
• Ability to organize the work presented and plan for the highest efficiency and productivity in the performance of all job functions
• Continual training and development in support of individual career and company goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Vocational or technical certification on vehicle repairs
• 3+ years of experience working with diesel engines and heavy duty trucks
• Experience with repairing commercial vehicle trucks along with basic training in transmission and engine diagnostics.
• Ability to work with diagnostics computer for troubleshooting and repairs
• Must have your own toolset to perform assigned responsibilities
• Ability to obtain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
