Job Description
Our mobile technicians are responsible for providing superb customer service by handling service calls at client locations as well as maintaining fleet vehicles. Responsibilities could include diagnosing, visual inspections, removal of parts and attachments, warranty repairs, performing preventive maintenance services, repairing lights and wiring, welding, cutting and other repairs.

This is a physically demanding position. Will stand six to eight hours per shift. Will stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle and feel. Will use hand and power tools. Will lift parts weighing up to 70 pounds several times during each shift. Will use hoist and test equipment. Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials.

General Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years diesel truck service and computer diagnostics experience
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets Peterbilt of Atlanta’s criteria with current medical card
- Mechanical aptitude and technical ability is required
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Ability to work with detailed information under considerable time limitations and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to operate power and hand tools and other equipment safely.
