Design Studio Operations Manager - JUDD

Judd Builders, a premiere custom home builder, and a division of the broad-based DePaul Group is searching for a Design Studio Options Manager to join our team. This individual organizes, coordinates, and streamlines multiple pieces of product, pricing, and construction information among our internal departments along with third party vendors to create organizational efficiencies. The Options Manager has extensive knowledge of each community and demonstrates a clear understanding of house types offered, standard features, structural elements if any added to the house type.

Under the direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing, you coordinate communications with the Judd Builders Design Consultants, entire sales force, project managers, vendors, and the construction teams.

· Accountable for maintaining & promoting a company-wide structure to internal and external parties.

· Implement & maintain pricing plan options utilizing Buildertrend data base.

· Build and maintain effective vendor & subcontractor relationships.

· Reinforce policies with vendors & subcontractors.

· Present quarterly training sessions for vendors & subcontractors on Buildertrend.

Qualifications:

· BS Degree (preferably in Business curriculum) or equivalent work experience

· Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a business environment to include “startup” responsibilities

· Ability to understand and follow strategic direction and processes

· Effective communication & presentation skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint

· Prior experience with Buildertrend preferred

· Design Studio experience a plus
