D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Design Center Assistant for their Sales and Marketing Department. The right candidate will be responsible for performing all basic Design Center clerical duties and assure efficient and professional flow of information to and from Design Center, Buyers, Subcontractors and the Main Office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Design Center Assistant for their Sales and Marketing Department. The right candidate will be responsible for performing all basic Design Center clerical duties and assure efficient and professional flow of information to and from Design Center, Buyers, Subcontractors and the Main Office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all normal receptionist duties for Design Center
- Greet and announce office visitors
- Receive, open, date stamp and distribute all mail. Post all outgoing mail. Replenish postage meter when funds are low
- Schedule and maintain Design Center appointments. Confirm design selection appointments prior to the date that they are to occur via phone contact
- Maintain information books and upgrade as necessary
- Order and maintain supply of office materials
- Maintain correct and timely filing of all Design Center files, forms and information
- Assist homebuyers with any and all inquiries and direct inquiries to proper parties
- Provide administrative support to Design Center team and various departments as needed.
