Job Description

Due to our continued growth Method Dental Lab is currently looking for a Model/Die Technician. This is a great opportunity for either the experienced model technician looking to advance their career in a growing company with opportunities to grow into lead roles and beyond, we also provide on-the-job specific training to motivated candidates that are great at working with their hands and that are interested in starting new careers as dental lab technicians!

While experience within the dental field is a plus, it is not necessary. Most importantly is that qualified candidates must show a stable work history and a willingness to learn.

Model & Die Technician - Successful candidates have excellent manual dexterity using small tools and love creating things with their hands. This role involves standing and being active for most of the day, but with limited heavy lifting.

Job Requirements:

- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

- Working with hand tools such as a dremel, drill, saw, grinders and similar equipment.

- Must have good eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity with both hands, and be able to grasp and hold objects ranging in size from a small pin to a standard-sized softball.

- Must have the ability to move hands, fingers, and wrists in a free repetitive motion required to mix materials and accomplish other related job duties

- Must be able to work with plaster, water, wax, and other basic laboratory materials without allergic or adverse physical reaction.

- Must be able to follow technical instructions and work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.

- Must be self-driven to achieve the days tasks.

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED

- Stable work history

- Read and compose written materials with proper English, grammar, and punctuation.

- Multi-tasking

- Problem solving

- Time management

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
