Dental Regional Manager

We are currently looking for a Regional Manager to oversee 8 Orthodontic offices locate in the North Central FLorida and West Coast Region. Candidate must have proven strong leadership and management experience; and 3+ years of experience managing multiple Orthodontic practices. We offer a competitive salary, plus benefits!

• Supervises Office and Area Managers
• Provides overall operational management direction and guidance to regional offices. (Non-Clinical Staff)
• Hires office managers and involved in recruiting process for key office positions.
• Ensures compliance with Dental Care Alliance policy and procedures.
• Plan and implement programs for obtaining the operational goals and objectives for the region.
• Ensures compliance with Federal and State laws for dentistry as well as employment and safety.
• Trains and evaluates office and area managers as a continuous process.

• Must have proven strong leadership and management experience
• Must have experience managing a large staff
• Must have experience managing multiple dental offices, prefer 3 + years
• Two or four year business degree or equivalent business experience, preferred
• Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with dental office management software
• Knowledge of effective and efficient dental office operations and production concepts
• Must be able to travel as needed to various regional offices in the North Central Florida and West Coast or Florida area
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of the complete business side of office operation and management to include IT, Payroll, Collections, Recall Systems, etc.
• Sales experience, a plus
• Must have strong business acumen
• Reliable transportation;Required to travel up to 50%
