Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Dental Receptionist/Patient Coordinator.
Looking for a friendly energetic Dental Receptionist/Patient Coordinator to join our team. Must be driven, have strong customer service skills, outstanding computer skills and must be able to multi-task in a fast paced office. Must be punctual, reliable and ready to work. ONLY APPLICANTS WITH PREVIOUS DENTAL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
This is a full time position with the average week running between 32-36 hours, Monday through Thursday.

Essential Functions:
· Check-in patients.
· Monitor schedule, confirm & schedule appointments.
· Check patient records for updates and e-forms.
· Answer multiple phone lines and communicate effectively both over the phone and in person.
· Input data into the computer, scan documents and transmit records, claims, etc. electronically.
· Process payments, insurance claims, contact patients who are overdue or have outstanding treatment accurately and in a timely manner.
· Maintain a full schedule and keep a short call list for openings.
· Prepare the office for the day & prepare End-of-Day routine.
· Reconcile production and collection, settle credit card accounts, and potentially close the office for the day.
· We are a paperless office with a cloud-based practice management platform, so computer knowledge is a MUST.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
