We are looking for a Team Leader to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Team Leader duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings, appointments and greeting visitors. Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator would be an advantage. A successful Team Leader should have experience with a variety of dental knowledge, treatment planning and financial arrangements. Ultimately, the Team Leader should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. Please only apply if you have at least 3 years dental management or 5 years of dental experience
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments
- Treatment planning
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Provide general support to patients

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
