Dental Assistant Training Instructor

We are seeking a Full-Time Traveling Dental Assistant (EFDA or Hygienist) to provide chairside training to our employees working in correctional facilities across the country.

You will be…

• A responsible person with a minimum of 5 years of experience working chairside as a Certified Dental Assistant, EFDA or Hygienist.
• Responsible for adhering to the requirements of the company as a Dental Assistant Training Instructor.
• Responsible for training new Dental Assistants and providing refresher training to existing staff.
• Capable of traveling locally and out of state on a regular basis.
• Responsible for providing chairside duties to support existing staff.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Must be professional in all aspects of the position.
• Must be reliable and the ability to travel on a short notice
• Must be comfortable assisting in all aspects of general dentistry with an emphasis in oral surgery.
• Must be organized, self-motivated and possess good time management skills.
• Must be proficient as a Chairside Dental Assistant with 5 years of experience.
• Experience as an instructor helpful, but not required.

Minimum Education Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Dental Program
• Current CDA/RDA/EFDA/Hygienist License
