The Alight marketing team is a dynamic group of global, modern marketing professionals working together across the firm in brand, design, product marketing, digital, engaging experiences, content, corporate communications, operations, data and analytics, client and regional marketing to drive global marketing for Alight. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for creating and managing demand generation programs for Alight’s Payroll business.
This role reports to the Sr. Payroll Marketing Manager, and partners with sales leadership in order to create, execute and manage sales and business priorities.
Your role as a Demand Generation Senior Marketing Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, build and execute B2B outcome-based multi-channel marketing campaigns, to drive leads and sales pipeline
Align closely with Demand Execution colleagues to measure and analyze campaign results, insights and best practices and optimize campaigns where needed
Develop clear, compelling content to support campaign interaction points: email, landing pages, blogs, event messaging, social media, etc.
Partner with third party industry leading organizations to craft compelling campaigns and materials to increase audience reach
Work with the cross-functional marketing team to design, launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns (PPC, social, email, events)
Create buyer personas, mapping out buyer journeys and trends
Partner and work collaboratively with our sales and product marketing teams to gain an in-depth understanding our global payroll portfolio and target audiences as well as new target markets
Create positive, productive working relationships with key internal and external business partners that will build respect for and belief in the ability of marketing to effectively contribute to business growth
Support and be an ambassador for Alight’s global branding guidelines, best practices and marketing initiatives
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field such as communications or business
3-7 years of experience in a marketing role in either a corporate or agency environment
HR services, payroll or outsourcing solutions experience a plus
Knowledge and skills
Hands-on experience planning, developing and executing demand generation campaigns with proven results
Track record of organizing and completing detailed projects accurately, and ability to deliver on deadlines and within defined budgets
Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate messaging (verbally/written) to internal partners, external agencies and internal executives
