This position is 30-35 hours a week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – Wednesdays off unless needed. Employees are required to work hours of 12:30pm - 9:00pm. It may be necessary, given business need, to work occasional extra time or overtime. Our office is located at 500 Paul W Bryant Dr East, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform various warehouse duties such as shipping, receiving, picking and packing orders and general warehouse organization and cleaning in accordance with established procedures
- Load, transport and deliver properly packaged medication to scheduled customers in a safe timely manner.
- Required to handle medication and supply deliveries for the infusion pharmacy to cover the branch service area, while accepting add on deliveries required to meet business needs.
- Pre and post trip inspection on a daily basis. Any problems with vehicle is to be brought to manager’s attention.
- Conduct and present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
- Observe and obey all driving and traffic laws. (speed limits, use of cell phones / texting while driving)
- Driver is responsible for routine maintenance on assigned vehicle (oil changes, washing exterior and cleanliness of interior of vehicle.
- Responsible for routine maintenance, cleaning and testing of infusion pumps
- Performs daily vehicle inspection and maintains vehicles in clean and proper working order
- Performs pick up of supplies and equipment at completion of patient therapy and completes appropriate paperwork for returned patient goods
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the branch's geographic area and be able to assess the best routes according to the delivery schedule
- Adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality codes of ethics

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean Driving Record
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook with the ability to check, construct and reply appropriately as well as use the calendar
- Ability to travel up to 80% to Deliver Medical Equipment and Medications
- Ability to work on call 1 week and 1 weekend a month
- You will be provisioned with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are required to perform this role with patients and members on site, as this is an essential function of this role
- Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 6 months experience within a warehouse environment
- Previous experience in a delivery / driving role
- Experience with Microsoft Excel with the ability to enter data, sort and filter data
Physical and Work Environment:
- Ability to Lift 10 - 25 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally
