PRIA Logistics, LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic and motivated team players to deliver Amazon packages in Ankeny, IA. We offer full and part-time opportunities.

What is an Amazon delivery service partner?

Amazon has partnered with local Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), independent delivery organizations that help Amazon deliver thousands of packages to customers every day. As an employee of an Amazon delivery service partner (DSP), you will work directly for the DSP that operates out of the local Amazon delivery station, 7310 SE Crosswinds Drive, Ankeny, IA 50021.

Delivery Associates strive to deliver every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company and it will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location.

We provide on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the road and the doorsteps of customers. Our main priority is drivers that we can trust to remain safe and deliver on time. We are looking for a positive attitude with a willingness to work and adapt to change in process and technology.

Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week with one weekend day of work required.

Starting pay $16.50/hour + incentives/bonuses

Start time: 10:50 AM

Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.

• Use handheld devices for routing information, customer delivery information.

• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.

• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered

• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.

• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road

• Solve problems independently using critical thinking skills

• Have a positive can-do attitude

• Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records

• You will interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner

• Perform the following tasks:

• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.

• Able to get in/out of van, and walk up/down stairs throughout your shift

• Able to push/pull above and below shoulder level

• Stand, kneel, bend, twist, and squat

• Load and Unload Cargo Van to deliver packages efficiently

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S

• At least 21 years of age

• Possess a Valid Driver’s License

• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (THC not included)

• Successfully pass a background check

• Must have a clean driving record (within the last 3 years)
