Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY (Objective/Purpose of Position): Provide prompt, hospitable service to guests in a counter service setting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances. 15 %
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation 15%
  • Operates cash register accurately and efficiently 15 %
  • Provides responsive exceptional customer service 15%
  • Completes all relevant SOPs and Sytems in Place 15%
  • Adheres to proper safet and sanitation guidelines 10%
  • Living our Culture; exercising good judgement and making the right decisions; being a role model within your operation 15%
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: High School Diploma ; 0-2 years related experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
