Job Description
Summary: Assists Sr. Database Analyst with the computer system set up of all promotional marketing offers. Extracts mailing lists and coordinates mailing activities with direct marketing printing companies. Runs system reports on player matrices, offer redemptions, event attendance, and program results. Provides insight and guidance on system functionality to support innovative marketing campaigns.

Essential Job Functions:
Work with the Sr. Database Analyst to ensure all mailings are executed in a timely fashion. Review direct mail artwork for accuracy and compliance with submitted promotional rules. Review and approves variable print proofs for accuracy. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries pertaining to offer eligibility. Design queries to extract data for direct mail and promotional offers Execute E-Mail based marketing campaigns and communications. Provide direction and variable mailing data to mail house. Perform ad hoc extracts and analysis as needed. Develop queries and procedures to extract and communicate required information. Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to the state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Create and maintain the monthly offer set up list to ensure deadlines are met. Accurately set up promotional offers and sweepstakes within KCMS and the various Marketing systems. Provide back end support, troubleshooting and training to operational teams including, but not limited to, Player Services and Customer Service. Ensure that PGCB Self Excluded, PGCB State Excluded and Casino Evicted patrons are properly marked and coded in KCMS within the time frame allotted as requested. Understand marketing system functionalities and limitations to guide direction of marketing campaigns. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older. Casino experience a plus. Three plus years of experience with CRM systems. Must be computer literate. Superior attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access in required. Ability to write database queries using SQL or similar tool Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to use computer and telephone.
