Job Title: Database Manager

Job Summary: The Database Manager's responsibilities include managing the intake of donations through the Development office, entering/batching/producing thank you letters for all gifts, reconciling monthly with the Finance Department, pulling needed reports for mailings/data analysis, ensuring the continuity of data from Admin Plus and our Sustain/Results Plus fundraising database.

Supervisor: Director of Development

Position Status : Full-time 12 Months; 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Daily gift entry, batching and thank you letters
  • Reconciliation with finance
  • Monthly budget reporting and reconciliation
  • Main point of contact for all Results/Sustain and Admin reporting and list pulls, including but not limited to: mailing lists for appeals and Blueprint, Parent Pledge, donor reports, Christmas Card list, etc.
  • Reconciliation with finance for Endowment Campaign and send pledge reminders ? Create Annual e-Donor Report
  • Legacy Brick/Theatre Seat management and installation every Spring/Summer


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years experience with fundraising software and gift reconciliation ? Experience with managing a fundraising database
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and written skills
  • Ability to be accurate with detail-sensitive records and documents
  • Knowledge of Google Drive, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to preserve the confidentiality of donor records
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace a plus
