need a Data Virtualization consultant (US resident required) with below scope of work. 320 hours

Scope:
Here are the activity for the Data Virtualization consultant; must be US resident.

• Configure 2 User Stories (Offshore data BI analyst requiring data) in a non-production environment

1) A user request access to data so he/she can analyze on Qlick/Looker.

2) A data engineer creates a virtual object to combine the data and publish for consumption by data scientist.

• 
  Perform data Virtualization across three (3) Database connection types (Oracle, Hive, & Teradata) with a maximum of five (5) tables for each of the three (3) database types for maximum of fifteen (15) tables
• Allow BI/Analytics software tools to access and process the virtual data (UI, Qlik, Thoughspot, Tableau, Looker, Python, etc.)
• Protection methods will use current CP4D v3.5 native functionality: Redaction, Obfuscation, and Substitution
• Validate and document the environments, data sources, schemas, tables and data classifications planned for the DV application
• Create software logic and queries for data segmentation that will exclude certain rows and columns from the virtual objects (such as government records)
• Define and configure up to three (3) user roles (Collaborators) with varying degrees of data access and Review asset ownership.
• Import category and business glossary from the existing WKC assets
• IBM will provision vertical data lineage for up to twenty (20) Critical Data Elements with technical assignments for Business Terms and Data Classifications
• Implement up to 4 virtual objects, one for each data source and one combining up to 3 data sources
• Define "up to 10 data objects to be protected" and "up to 5 data protection policies" to prevent unauthorized data access.
