JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential function will be to physically review maintenance parts, document manufacturer and manufacturer part along with determining classification and a sub-classification. Work with vendors on gathering additional information on spare parts. Manage master data of all MRO items for the facility that will include follow up of past due orders, and contacting vendors for updated ETA of goods and services, and also will include walking down parts and physically assessing the part and making data recommendations to best suit the plant’s needs. Work with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines. Provide status updates to the master data team, the Bravo teams and Plant Materials Manager. The position will require gathering and organizing data for packaging, ingredients, and MRO spare parts for rollout of a new SAP instance TCD. Will work with multiple EXCEL/WORD documents and various softwares for material and vendor validations.
Work in a fast-paced environment and having a sense of urgency for needed items. Must be detail oriented. Ideally would have SAP experience and proficient at Microsoft Office applications. Professional communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.99 - $22.00 per hour
