Responsibilities
- Process credit card payments over the telephone.
- Maintain records by scanning invoices, debits, and credits.
- Billing and issuing credits.
- Sorting and filing invoices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent reliability & attendance are a must.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Great organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
