The primary mission of the Data and Analytics Administrator role is to ensure our Associates have access to the right information and data support they need. The position sits in our Enterprise Data and Analytics team, which aims to drive improved business outcomes using insights gleaned from data and analytics and infuse them into Lennar’s corporate fabric. The Data and Analytics Administrator will manage our access request and Tier 1 support processes and will also play a key role in deployments and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for support, administration, and maintenance of our enterprise data and analytics products and services, which include the enterprise data platform and business intelligence tools
- Work directly with end users to resolve support issues and fulfill requests within our ticketing systems
- Participate in quality assurance testing when appropriate
- Authors and maintains support and technical documentation
- Work directly with Service Now and other ticketing system teams to optimize workflows and leverage automation
- Responsible for gathering testing and deployment information for the Change Approval Board
- Recommend feature upgrades based on understanding of common support tickets
- Work with platform vendors to ensure platform support issues are raised and remediated
- Ensure adherence to CCPA and other data privacy standards by working with compliance team
- Implement new configurations for enterprise data and analytics products and services
- Provide regular reports on summarized administration and support activity and work to reduce time to resolve for issues
- Maintain and administer tool licenses and report on license usage
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
3+ years relevant experience in the data and analytics space- Experience administering access to PowerBI and SSRS, as well as data platforms
- Experience in a Tier 1 support role for data issues
- Ability to partner with other IT teams (architecture, security etc) and customers to prepare for deployments
- Experience in data and dashboard quality assurance
- Ability to build basic reports in ticketing systems such as Service Now and Jira
- Familiarity with Agile development such as Scrum or Kanban
- Understanding of fundamentals of cloud (Azure, AWS) technologies and CICD
- Creative self-starter who is able to effectively resolve support issues and improve support processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment. Finger dexterity is necessary.
