At Implementation Engineers, we solve complex challenges for our clients. We are seeking an experienced Data &
Analytics Manager within manufacturing and operations consulting. In this role, you will be a leader of technology execution projects. You will conduct an analysis of the client’s operational processes, identify gaps, propose solutions, and manage the implementation of those initiatives. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and executive presence. In addition to managing Data & Analytics implementations, you will work collaboratively with client management to guide decisions with both internal consulting teams and our clientele. Ideal candidates will have a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will support project teams to:
- Develop Data and Analytics technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large, global organizations
- Implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet industry-specific needs
- Manage projects end-to-end to deliver business outcomes
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Manufacturing domains within ET, IT and OT functions
- Apply sources of external, internal or new data sources to support analytic methods and visualization techniques
- Contribute to the analysis of client businesses to drive results, innovation, growth, and change using smarter data analytics.
- Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations and contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
- Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders to build trust.
- Demonstrate high performance as a team leader, leading teams to generate a vision, establishing direction, motivating members, creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, and encouraging improvement and innovation.
- Have hands-on experience with visualization and cloud platforms (Azure, Power Platform, SQL, Tableau, MySQL)
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer science, Data Science or other STEM field
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 and emerging technologies in the manufacturing space
- Experienced Azure, Power Platform, SQL
- Experienced in Lean Kaizen/Six Sigma, workflow design, etc.
- Understanding of ISA S95 standards is a bonus
- Experience in manufacturing, quality, master data, planning, governance and change control
- Willingness to travel up to 50-75% during weekdays if needed
