As the Data Analyst, you will act as the Analytical expert to support Billing & Enrollment operational reporting and analytics, planning, forecasting, and process improvements. You'll work closely with business leaders to develop innovative analytic solutions, create actionable insights and drive better decisions and performance to help Billing & Enrollment fulfill its mission.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analytic activities including developing critical reporting
- Eligibility and membership file processing
- Enrollment Reconciliation
- Operations Reporting & Analysis – inventory /work queue reporting, process issue remediation, late enrollment penalty reconciliation, root cause analysis, escalated member issue requests & research, etc.
- Support REEFIT processes (Roster, Enrollment & Eligibility Intake Team)
- M&R collections Call Center Reporting & Analysis (key metrics, billing delinquency reporting, campaign results reporting, Call Center files processing, etc.)
- Employer Group Reporting & File Processing
- Develop automation solutions to improve B&E processes including (but not limited to)
- Import & export data feeds
- PCP Reconciliation
- Eligibility audit files creation
- Analytical Self-Service Dashboards
- Datamart /data warehouse /data integration
- Design analytic solutions to support B&E key MBO metrics (Days Sales Outstanding, Fulfillment TAT, etc.) and Star Rating Performance (Voluntary Disenrollment)
- Develop visionary and creative analytic solutions to measure business performance; identifies / quantifies drivers, risks and opportunities and defines solutions to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience utilizing SQL and/or relational database tools
- 2+ years of experience utilizing SAS Enterprise Guide
- 2+ years of experience in reporting & analysis, data management & reconciliation
- Ability to demonstrate key successes on business solutions derived from analysis and deep learning
- 3+ years of work experience in a corporate setting, preferably healthcare based corporation (MCO)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Tableau / Talend / Crystal Reports
- Previous experience with advanced analytical tools (Python)
- Previous experience with Healthcare Exchange / Marketplace / Medicaid / Medicare
- Experience in data process map, workflow, user acceptance testing, and database management

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
