We are looking for seasoned Data Administrator to work with our team and our clients to architect, develop, and maintain data warehouses, lakes, and lakehouses, data governance, services, and pipelines.Contributions:Contributions
As a Data Administrator you will architect, develop, and maintain the data warehouses and services and assist in defining and governing the data administration standards within the scope of the assigned projects.

We are looking for seasoned Data Administrator to work with our team and our clients to architect, develop, and maintain data warehouses, lakes, and lakehouses, data governance, services, and pipelines.Contributions:Contributions
As a Data Administrator you will architect, develop, and maintain the data warehouses and services and assist in defining and governing the data administration standards within the scope of the assigned projects.
You will also:
Lead and architect migration of data environments with performance and reliability.- Craft database / data warehouse solutions in cloud (Preferably AWS. Alternatively Azure, GCP).
- Assist in the building of the structure and design of the database
- Implement security measures for the data
- Control access to the database
- Build different environments for development, testing and production
- Merge and migrate data when necessary
- Update and patch systems to maintain compliance
- Design and implementdata backups
- Restore lost data
- Continually monitor database systems
- The ideal candidate will have exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills and possess 10+ years of experience in database administration, information technology, database architecture
- Strong judgment, negotiation skills, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a complex engineering environment with prior experience as a technical project manager.
- Ability to establish trust with a variety of stakeholders and customers.
- Self-managed and self-starter, ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience with large-scale data migration
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience designing storage and retrieval solutions for both structured and unstructured data, in support of data science pipelines
- Strong command of SQL tools
- Advanced knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring standards
- Understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling
- PowerShell and Unix shell scripting skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience working with SQL and relational databases, query development and optimization (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and others.
- Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud technology, using AWS or Azure. Knowledge of managed service offerings (e.g. AWS EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift) and demonstrated experience delivering in a cloud environment.

- Experience working in a DevSecOps environment, utilizing CI/CD best practices
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience developing specifications for modern large-scale data repositories including development of specifications for cloud-based database solutions
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with staff, IT customers, and other technical and non-technical staff and contractors at all levels
- Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment and leading agile projects
- A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology or related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master certification is preferred.
